1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Video Trim ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your information when you use our iOS application. We take your privacy seriously and have designed the App to operate with minimal data collection.

2. No Data Collection

Video Trim does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, video files, or usage information to external servers. All video processing — including compression, conversion, trimming, speed adjustment, FPS changes, resizing, audio extraction, and muting — is performed entirely on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework.

3. Local Processing Only

Video Files: Videos you select are processed locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any cloud server or third-party service.
Processed Output: Output files are saved to the App's local Documents directory or your device's Photo Library, as you choose.
No Internet Required: All video processing features work offline. An internet connection is only needed for in-app purchases (via RevenueCat) and accessing support links.

4. Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your Photo Library for the following purposes:

Importing Videos: To select videos for processing (read access).
Saving Output: To save processed videos to your Photo Library (write access).

These permissions are optional and can be managed in your device's Settings. We only access the specific videos you choose to import or export.

In-app purchases (Weekly, Monthly, and Lifetime subscriptions) are processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment information. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data for the purpose of verifying subscription status. Please refer to:

Video Trim does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel). We do not track your usage, screen views, or behavior within the App.

The App does not use any third-party crash reporting tools. Any crash information is handled solely by Apple's iOS system and is not accessible to us.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Processing History: A local history of your processed videos (file names, sizes, timestamps) is stored on your device using UserDefaults/JSON. This data never leaves your device.
Subscription Status: Your subscription status is cached locally to determine feature availability.
You Can Delete Data: You can clear your processing history at any time from the History screen. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
